Challenge

How do we expand the traditional in-store shopping experience to integrate the benefits of online shopping? The goal was to develop a solution that makes consulting and the shopping experience digital and interactive without replacing personal contact. With the ZWILLING Digital Table, the aim was to create a tool that is intuitively usable and seamlessly guides customers from offline to online services – all while meeting the high expectations of a premium brand.

Result

With the ZWILLING Digital Table, we have created a unique solution that transforms brick-and-mortar retail. Customers experience a seamless connection between the offline and online worlds, while the interactive touch display elevates consulting and sales options intuitively to a new level. This makes every visit an innovative experience that delights customers and sustainably strengthens the brand.
