Challenge: Designing an Interactive Brand Experience for Beer Lovers
In the Störtebeker brand shop at Elbphilharmonie, the goal was to create an innovative shopping experience that immerses customers playfully into the world of beer sommeliers. The focus was on making the Störtebeker brand tangible through digital and interactive elements while providing customers with the opportunity to intuitively discover information and tasting dates.
Result: A Unique Experience for Beer Culture at Elbphilharmonie
With the digital beer sommelier and interactive touch surfaces, we have created a completely new way of product presentation. Customers can playfully discover different types of beer, experience animations, and order directly through two touch terminals. The iconic Elphi screen provides current tasting dates, thus connecting the atmosphere of Elbphilharmonie with the Störtebeker brand – a brand experience that remains memorable.
